Veterans’ Options for Independence, Choice and Empowerment
In partnership with the Alaska Veterans Administration Healthcare System, ILC’s VOICE program offers Veterans flexible and community-based services which enable Veterans to remain in their homes and communities, guiding their own care.
You are in charge!
- Control your own budget
- Choose who you hire and what you will pay them
- Choose when and how your services are provided
- Oversee work schedules and timesheet approval
- Designate an Authorized Representative if you need assistance
Eligibility:
- Must be enrolled in VA Health Care
- Must have a VA approved Primary Care Provider
- Must have hands-on-care needs
- Use your budget to live safely in your home.
