ADRC
The Aging & Disability Resource Center connects, refers and assists; seniors, people with disabilities, and caregivers with long-term services and supports of their choice.

Assistive
Technology
The Independent Living Center (ILC) works with Assistive Technology of Alaska (ATLA), as well as other funding options to provide technology to improve and aid the independence of individuals on the Kenai Peninsula.

Closet
The ILC has mobility & safety equipment, incontinent supplies and other daily living aids available for loan, purchase and we also accept donations of equipment & materials.

DDRC
The Developmental Disability Resource Center assists individuals with developmental disabilities and their families seeking services through the State of Alaska's program.

Independent
Living Advocacy
The ILC takes great pride in being advocates for ourselves and our community, both at the individual level as well as system level to bring choice independence and freedom of living to all.

Modifications
We have organization-based options for assistance living in home. Our ILC has also proudly partnered with the Southeast Alaska Independent Living (SAIL) to bring HomeMAP to the Kenai Peninsula.

Medicare
Assistance
The ILC's Central office can provide certified Medicare counseling to the whole of Kenai Peninsula.

Older Blind
/Low Vision
The ILC assists those experiencing significant vision loss with facilitating evaluations, demonstrating various visual aids and offer options for funding.

Residential
Transition & SWP
The ILC takes immense pride in over 30 years of advocating with those in assisted living or senior homes transition back into their communities and live with choice independence! We also assist with employment and youths joining the workforce.

TRAILS
Inclusive Recreation
TRAILS promotes inclusive recreational and leisure activities on the southern Kenai Peninsula. We want folks who love travel and adventure to find what they’re looking for here in Alaska—a fun and beautiful place we love to share.

Transportation
Services
The ILC has Supported Transportation Voucher Programs through Homer, Seward and the Central Peninsula. ILC partners with the Alaska DOT, Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority & local taxi services to provide affordable & accessible transportation.

Veteran Directed Care
VOICE
VOICE is a Veterans Directed Care (VDC) program that enables eligible veterans to choose and direct their own care, in their homes. VOICE supports veterans to have greater access, choice and control over their long term care services.
